Pizza ai quattro gusti
Instructions
Peel the vegetables, chopped tomatoes and sliced Zucchini, Eggplant and pepper into strips.
Oil a baking tray rectangular, lie in the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Settle over prepared vegetables, seasoned with a little olive oil, oregano and salt to taste and cook in a hot oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
Distributed on the surface the mozzarella into cubes and chopped Basil and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.

- 500 g of pizza dough
- 250 g of mozzarella
- 1 small eggplant
- 2 tomatoes

- 2 zucchini
- Some leaves of basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Oregano
