Prosciutto pizza with olives
Instructions
You heat the oil in a saucepan, add the finely chopped onion and garlic, cover and let simmer for ten minutes.
Add the passed, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer another 10 minutes, stirring often to restrict your sauce.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Turn oven to 200 degrees (thermostat 6).
Prepare pizza base by following the instructions on the package.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and arrange them on a baking tray to about 18 x 28 cm, slightly greased with oil.
Slice the tomatoes and cut into squares the ham and mozzarella slices.
Sprinkle pasta with tomato sauce.
Move over, diagonally, the tomato slices with olives, mozzarella and prosciutto.
Bake in the center of the oven for thirty minutes.
If you wish to freeze pizza, remove any tomatoes.
Add them at the last moment before cooking, in the oven at 220 degrees for thirty minutes.

- 1 pack of prepared for quick pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons of seed oil
- == 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 30 cl of tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of dry oregano
- 3 tomatoes
- 130 g of mozzarella
- 4 olives cut in half
- 50 g of often sliced cooked ham
