Financial pizza
Instructions
Put In a bowl to soak in warm water for thirty minutes the raisins.
In another mixing bowl put to soak in warm water for 30 minutes and mushrooms.
Clean and chop the livers.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
In a frying pan from the bottom often make toast pine nuts turning them until they continuously with a wooden spoon and never add seasoning.
In a saucepan then dried chopped onion with a little oil.
Add the mushrooms well drained, the livers and minced meat, salt and pepper.
Add the toasted pine nuts and the drained raisins and cook to vivacious fire for a few minutes, stirring often.
Pour the Marsala, turn up the flame, rapprendete and remove from heat.
Turn on the oven to 250 degrees.
Roll out the pastry.
Grease with a little oil a baking sheet.
Roll on it the dough.
Distributed on the surface a handful of dried beans and bake in the oven for twenty minutes.

Bake and cook five minutes.
Served hot.

- 500 g of basic pizza dough (see recipe)
- 150 g of livers
- 200 g of stuffings
- 30 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 100 g of pine nuts
- 100 g of sultanas
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of dry marsala wine
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
