Puff pastry pizza with eggplants
Instructions
Prepare the Eggplant to frying, cut into slices, salandole and leaving them to lose water.
Fry them in oil and let drain on paper towels.
Spread thawed dough in a round cake pan, after having greased.
With a spoon, cover with tomato sauce, get over the eggplants, cut the mozzarella into slices, olives, capers, salt and oregano and end with a drop of oil.
Put in oven at 180 degrees.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 3 eggplant
- 100 g of mozzarella
- Tomato sauce
- Black olives
- Capers
- Oregano
- Salt
