Instructions
Chop the tomatoes and place them in a bowl with the oregano, salt, olive oil, capers, basil leaves and anchovy fillets into pieces.
Roll out the dough into a well greased baking tray trying to form a banker so that the sauce does not escape and lay the mixture prepared above.
Passed in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.

- 350 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 3 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 leaves basil
- 1 tablespoon of capers
