Instructions
Roll out the dough into a greased baking; divide the ball into four parts using two strips of dough rolled up and willing to cross.
Consider now the four sections obtained as if they were each a different pizza: the first a daisy, the second a pizza with anchovies, the third a prosciutto e funghi and fourth a whimsical.
Therefore according to season other recipes here.
Bake in hot oven (250 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pizza dough (see recipe)
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 250 g of fresh mushrooms
- 150 g of ham
- 1 mozzarella
- Some of artichokes in olive oil
- Some of anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Some of black olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
