Bermuda bourbon punch
Instructions
Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves.
Let macerate for 5 minutes; stir, let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
Pour the tea, Bourbon, Madeira, lemon juice, Pernod and Falerno over a large piece of ice in a Punch Bowl.
Mix well and let cool for an hour in the refrigerator.
Add Ginger Ale and lemon slices.
Add several broken walnuts.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 3 tablespoons of jasmine tea
- 3 cups of boiling water
- 1/5 bottle of bourbon
- 16/43 madeira wine
- 16/43 lemon juice
- 3/43 pernod
- 8/43 falerno
- To serve:
- Ginger ale
- 3 lemons, thinly sliced
- Broken walnuts
