Pizza with Ricotta (Pizzette Alla Ricotta)
Instructions
Derive from the 12 discs of dough thickness of about 4 mm, line with each disc a mold from tartelletta oiled.
Work the ricotta with a fork, then add diced mozzarella, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Distribute the dough pieces tomatoes and cheese mixture.
Bake at 220 degrees already warm for 20 minutes; 5 minutes before cranking out, deploy the slices of salami.

- 500 g of pizza dough
- 80 g of spicy salami, sliced
- 3 tomatoes
- 200 g of ricotta
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 5 sprigs of marjoram
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
