Pizzette with clams
Instructions
Wash the clams, put them in a saucepan with 2 cloves of garlic and let them open a high flame.
Remove clams from shells.
Saute 1 clove of garlic in a little oil, then add the tomato sauce and clams, sprinkle with salt and cook for a few minutes.
Remove the crust from the bread and arrange the slices on a greased baking, distribute the sauce with clams on bread, sprinkle with parsley and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

- 8 slices bread
- 1000 g of clams
