Fried neapolitan pizzas
Instructions
Combine flour baking powder dissolved in warm water, boiled potato, salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add warm water and make a soft dough.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, make a sauce with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, tomato.
Flatten the dough to thick 1 cm sheet; cut out portions of diskettes and fry them in oil.
Cover each pizza with mozzarella and sauce and bake under the grill to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

- 650 g of flour
- 35 g of brewer's yeast
- 1200 g of ripe tomatoes
- 250 g of mozzarella
- 1 potato
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
