Plaice à l'Orange
Instructions
To thaw frozen fillets of plaice, flour and cook them in a pan with oil, butter, salt and pepper.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the cheese, milk and orange juice.
Heat this sauce in a water bath, pour it over the fish fillets and serve decorated with orange slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of plaice fillets (400 g packages)
- 2 oranges
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Flour
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- To decorate:
- Some of orange slices
