Instructions
Add the flour a pinch of salt and the baking powder and pass it through a sieve.
To soften the butter a bowl with a whisk, gradually add the sugar, then the 2 egg yolks stirring constantly and with energy, and still add the eggs, grated lemon peel and flour.
Finally combine raisins and diced candied piccini, first passed in rum, and then passed in flour to prevent it from going into the bottom of the dough.
Pour everything into a buttered Cake mould and lined with greaseproof paper.
Goes in the oven at moderate heat to 150 degrees, for about 1 hour, in the final you anoint the sweet sugar veil.

- 2 tacks of baking powder
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of sultanas
- 50 g of candied fruit
- Rum
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
