Instructions
Cut the polenta into thin slices.
Butter a baking dish and spread the polenta slices, alternating with layers of cheeses listed above.
Sprinkle Parmesan last.
Place in oven for 15 minutes (time required to melt the cheese).

- 1 stick of mozzarella
- 200 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 150 g of fontina cheese
- 150 g of stracchino cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
