Instructions
Put the Octopus in a container, preferably earthenware, with abundant oil, ripe tomatoes peeled, deprived of seeds and cut into wedges, chopped parsley, a clove of garlic.
Do not add water and do not add salt.
Cover the Pan tightly and never reopened, simmer slowly polyps for half an hour or more.
When cooked.
Serve with gravy should be abundant.
Accompanying wines: Rosé DOC Friuli Aquileia, Colli Amerini DOC Rosato, Alezio Rosato DOC.

- 400 g of tomatoes
