Octopus in tomato sauce (2)
Instructions
In a large clay pot, pour 1/2 cup of olive oil, 400 g tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 chilli, 2 crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and 2 frozen polyps and already cleaned weighing 500 g each.
Cover tightly and place in the middle of hot coals and ashes.
Let Cook, without touching, for 3 hours.
Serve when polyps are cooked and tender, without heat.
