Instructions
Fiammeggiate clean the chicken to eliminate spikes of feather and wash it, then ' lardellatelo ' with the slices of prosciutto, linking them with a wire.
In the belly, place the garlic, Rosemary, Sage, salt and pepper.
Brush the chicken with olive oil; and then wrap it up nicely into a sheet of aluminum foil from the oven after I sprayed thoroughly with the brandy.
Put in oven at medium heat for about an hour.
When it is cooked, open the aluminum foil and cut the chicken into pieces.
Serve accompanied by crisps, which are baked.

- 1 1200 g chicken
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Some leaves of sage
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- Olive oil
