Lemon chicken
Instructions
Put the raisins in a bowl of warm water.
Let inflate.
Pour the oil in a cocotte.
Place onions cut round and then Brown the chicken on all sides.
Put salt and pepper.
Add the shells of garlic, the bouquet of vegetables, two wheel-cut lemon and the juice of two others.
Wet with white wine and the broth.
Cover.
Let simmer 30 minutes on low heat.
Then add the drained raisins and pine nuts.
Stir.
Cover.
Continue cooking 20 minutes again.
Put the yoghurt.
Dissolve the whole thing.
Cover.
Finish cooking for another 10 minutes.

- 1 bunch of vegetables
- 4 lemons
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 glass of broth
- 100 g of pine nuts
- 1 natural yoghurt
