In a saucepan melt the butter left, add the chopped onions to cook slowly without Brown, but become transparent.
At this point, add the flour and proceed as indicated in the Bechamel (basic recipe).
A few minutes before removing from heat add the paprika.
Meat, fish and boiled vegetables.
