Instructions

Insert a whole lemon into the abdominal cavity of the chicken of course cleaned and gutted.

Place the chicken in a crock pot baked and the other must be flushed with lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper, add 3 tablespoons of water and cover with a lid.

Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, then uncover and let take color still for 30 minutes.

Serve with rice pilaf.
