Instructions

Gutting the chicken, flame it, wash it and dry it carefully.

Put inside the chicken, Sage and Rosemary.

In an ovenproof dish and oval with high edges have a layer of salt on the bottom, place the chicken and completely covering it with salt.

Bake in hot oven at 190 degrees for about 1 hour.

Remove from the oven, break open salt crust and serve chicken immediately.
