Instructions

Beat the chicken with a meat mallet to flatten it.

Roast in a pan with butter and oil on high heat.

Add salt, lower the heat and cover with a sheet of aluminum paper and with a lid that will support a weight.

From time to time monitor that does not burn.

Before you turn off the heat, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Serve hot.
