Vegetable sauce
Instructions
In 1 tall and narrow saucepan to heat the oil.
Off the heat then add the flour and mix with energy to make the 2 elements well amalgamated.
Put back on stove heat diffuser and one protected, 1 ladleful at a time, adding the hot broth, stirring continuously.
To thicken the sauce until the right consistency.
Add salt.
Add nutmeg and white pepper.
The vegetable broth can be profitably replaced by cooking the vegetables that must be topped with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of wheat flour
- 25 cl of vegetable broth
- Nutmeg
- White pepper (optional)
- Salt
