Almond chicken with thermomix
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces and infarinali.
Chop half of the almonds to speed 3 and merge the remaining whole with 2 tablespoons oil: 90 minutes at room temperature 3 speed 1.
Remove them and posale on paper towels.
Soffriggi the remaining oil with the onion: 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 4.
Arrange the butterfly on the blades, combine chicken and cook 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
Add the broth and finish cooking for 12 minutes speed 1.
Adjust with salt, pepper, combine the almonds and cook for 2 minutes.
Disponilo in a serving dish and serve hot.

- 600 g of chicken breasts
- 150 g of peeled almonds
- 30 g of flour
- 50 g of onion
- 40 g of olive oil
- 20 cl of broth
