Chicken with olives
Instructions
Pre-cut celery, carrot and onion and put them in a bowl with the oregano, garlic, orange peel, pepper, cloves, the chicken, wine and cognac and marinate for 4 hours.
In a saucepan heat the oil and rosolarvi the chicken, add the olives and, after 5 minutes, the marinade and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of chicken pieces
- 80 g of pitted green olives
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 orange (zest)
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- Celery
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Oregano
- 1 dram of white wine
- 5 grains pepper
- 2 cloves
- Salt
- 1 dram of cognac
