Chicken with vegetables
Instructions
Gently beat the chicken breasts and cut them into four large strips.
Put them in a saucepan with the zucchini and pepper.
Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients and let stand in the glass.
Cover and shake well.
Put the sauce on the chicken and vegetables.
Cover, marinate and let stand for one hour.
Pour the sauce in a pan.
Boil for one minute.
Skewer in wooden skewers, a bit of vegetables and a bit of chicken and dip in sauce.
Cook for ten minutes, joining the marinade.

- 4 chicken breasts halves
- 2 sliced zucchini
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 12 cl of wine vinegar
- 150 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
