Marinated fried chicken
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces not too large, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli.
In a bowl mix one glass of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and parsley, onion sliced very thin, the Laurel leaf and let marinate shredded the chicken stew for at least 2 hours.
Drained, the pieces, dry, sprinkle with flour, then toss them in beaten egg and slightly salty FRY in a pan with a little oil to moderate heat for about 10 minutes or until they are all golden.
Dry thoroughly on paper towels and serve with lemon slices cut in vivo.
