Divine dumplings
Instructions
Using a mixer, blend together a peeled hard-boiled egg, tuna (previously drip), capers, cream cheese, butter and lemon juice.
Next, add the mixture and pepper and place in a large bowl that will save it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, shelled the other eggs, cut into slices and place on a serving plate, then, bring out the mixture from refrigerator and palms create balls and appoggiatele on sliced hard-boiled eggs.
Finally, decoratele with mayonnaise and serve.
Tip: to make fancier your dish lined with aluminum foil, with large leaves of lettuce and add on curls mayonnaise, capers or sliced pitted black olives.

- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 100 g of ricotta
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Mayonnaise
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
