Vegetable cheese balls
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and peel them and pass them still hot at passapatate.
To puree incorporate cheese cubes, sliced onions, chopped fennel, beaten egg, a dash of lemon juice.
Salt lightly and blend.
Form meatballs and flour them.
Fry them in oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of yellow potatoes
- 1 egg
- 120 g of soft salty cheese friulano
- 4 spring onions
- 1 sprig of fennel
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Chili powder
- 1 dash of lemon juice
