Lemon meatballs
Instructions
Very fine grind the raw meat; mix it with eggs, cheese, salt and lemon juice.
Put on the heat a pot full of water and when the water boils, put a pan with oil.
When the oil is hot slide inside spoon the dough so that the meatballs are formed.
Brown and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 600 g of calf pulp
- 5 eggs
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
