Instructions
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk.
Slice the peeled Aubergine; keep 1 salted now.
Cut it into cubes; Sauté with garlic and onion sliced thin.
To warm the squid slices; Join Crump squeezed, egg, Sesame, cheese, Basil.
Make meatballs; arrange them in an oiled baking dish and bake in the oven.
Drizzle with yoghurt sauce or tomato paste.

- 3 eggplant
- 200 g of spelt bread crumbs
- 60 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Basil
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 egg
