Treviso fish patties
Instructions
Crumbled tuna, combine the bread crumbs, chopped shallots, two eggs and salt.
With the compound formed of flat patties; put them in beaten egg and salted, then in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange in a baking dish just oiled and bake at 220 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
Wash the Treviso, cut it into four parts and grigliatela.
Heat a little oil, sauté the garlic, remove it, put the chopped anchovies and a pinch of chilli; stir and season the salad.
Serve with dumplings.

- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 shallot
- 3 eggs
- 3 heads of treviso salad
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of chili
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
