Veal meatballs with rice
Instructions
Chop the onion, 1 clove garlic and knead it with the meat along with the other ingredients and work for 5 minutes.
Put oil in a pan, 1 clove of garlic, tomato sauce and salt.
Prepare your meat balls, put them in a pan, add salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of veal mince
- 2 fists of rice
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 cl of tomato
- 1 glass of water
- Flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
