Baked tomatoes
Instructions
Remove the tomatoes and gently remove the pulp.
Turn upside down to lose the water while you prepare the filling.
Cook their meat in a pan with the butter, chopped parsley, Basil and garlic, salt and pepper.
After about twenty minutes, remove from the heat and pass through a sieve.
Add the lessalo rice, corn, parmesan and possibly more salt and pepper.
Fill the dough with tomatoes, place in a baking pan, sprayed with a little oil and place in oven for about 20 minutes by serving them hot and cold as well.

- 8 tomatoes
- 100 g of rice
- 1 box of tender maize
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- 50 g of butter
- Basil
- Parsley
- Garlic
