Tomatoes au gratin (4)
Instructions
Arrange a layer of sliced tomatoes in a baking dish greased with oil.
Combine the crumbled bread crumbs, anchovy, olives and chopped Basil and 2 tablespoons oil.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with the mixture of bread, cover with a layer of mozzarella into slices, salt and pepper and continue to alternate layers.
On the last layer of mozzarella spread breadcrumbs and olive oil and grill.

- 12 perini tomatoes
- 6 anchovy desalted fillets
- 50 g of pitted olives
- 1 mozzarella
- 4 slices of bread stale
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Basil
- Breadcrumbs
- Pepper
- Salt
