Instructions

Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and remove seeds.

Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with chopped garlic, parsley and oregano, and salt and pepper.

Place in the oven to heat for about 40 minutes.

When cooked the tomatoes are wilted and the limited cooking and oily.
