Detach from the Chapel and porcine stem.
Cut it in half and lightly etch the insides.
Mince 2 cloves of garlic and parsley and add to chopped 4 tablespoons oil extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Flavored with the chopped mushroom cut surfaces and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
