Instructions

Cut the leeks into strips of 2 or 3 inches.

Put them in a pan with oil and cook covered over low heat.

Peel and cut the tomatoes into chunks, then merge them to the leeks.

Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve after sprinkled with oregano.
