Leeks au gratin (3)
Instructions
Discard the green part of leeks.
the white parts remove the first skin and ticking so that they are all the same length.
To boil the leeks in salted water for 10-15 minutes.
Drain them and place them in a buttered baking dish; Sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan, butter flakes, then add 1 pinch of spices and put in the oven to bake.
