Ham in madera (2)
Instructions
Remove ham rind and place it in a baking dish with the chopped onion, cloves, bay leaf, wine, tomatoes and broth.
Bake at 200 degrees.
Cook until the broth will be narrowed and the colourful ham.
Remove from oven and cut into thick slices.
Dilute the butter drenched in flour with 2 tablespoons of broth and pour this sauce on ham.

- 50 g of butter
- 25 cl of broth
- 25 cl of madeira wine
- 1 peeled tomato
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 onion
- 1 clove
- Laurel
