Instructions
Brown the meat in butter and oil with Rosemary and Sage.
Then drizzle it with a little wine, add salt, pepper and continue cooking in the oven at 200 degrees for about 2 hours, wetting it with a little wine.

- Veal brisket
- 40 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary

- White wine
