Instructions
Remove the skin and seeds of the pumpkin and cut the flesh into large cubes.
Put the pumpkin pieces in a large saucepan, add the butter.
Cover and let simmer gently for ten or fifteen minutes, until pumpkin becomes tender.
Puree, place in saucepan, heat sweet focus.
Add salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and dill.
Serve.
