Baked Radicchio (Radicchio al Forno)
Instructions
Peel the bunches of chicory, draw the cores and remove the toughest leaves.
Wash, drain them very well.
Pour a little oil into a baking dish, settle the radicchio, sprayed with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, passed on a serving dish, sprinkle with lemon juice filtered to the colander and serve immediately.

- 700 g of radicchio di treviso
- 1/2 lemon
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
