Instructions
Peel, wash and dry the chicory, ungetelo with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Let it cook on a hot grill for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the slices of bacon in a cast iron pan.
Drain and crumble it on radicchio, along with the paprika and crushed pepper coarsely.
