Radicchio al roquefort
Instructions
Blend with 10 g of roquefort, 1 tablespoon wine, vinegar, 1 oil 5 little tabasco and salt and keep aside.
Wash and chop the lettuce in a salad bowl.
Combine the roquefort into pieces, diced apples sprinkle lemon juice and walnuts.
Mix well.
Serve the salad with the sauce prepared previously.

- 2 heads of radicchio di verona
- 1 lettuce salad
- 1 green apple
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
- 90 g of roquefort cheese
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of white wine
- Little of tabasco
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
