Spicy chocolate cream puffs and tamarillo
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, flour and cocoa; Merge to the boiling milk flavored with vanilla and pepper; Cook slowly until you get a creamy hot chocolate.
Let it cool for an hour in the fridge and fill the Choux pastry with slices of tamarillo.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g of sugar
- 40 g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 25 cl of milk
- 1/2 pod of vanilla
- 1 chili
- 6 empty cream puffs
- Some slices of tamarillo
