Cream-Filled Cream Puffs
Instructions
Prepare the cream: whisk the egg yolks with sugar, add milk, and starch.
Cook slowly and stirring constantly for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and incorporate the cream.
With the prepared cream fill the profiteroles using the appropriate syringe for cakes

- 12 cream puffs
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 Tablespoons potato starch =
- 50 cl of milk
- 100 g of whipped
