Ratafia with seafood
Instructions
Thoroughly wash all the fruit, then pitted cherries and sour cherries and they kept the stones.
Put now to cook on low heat all the fruit with very little water and undo them completely.
Compressing to fine the resulting mash, passatene filtered juice in a glass jar with alcohol and all the other ingredients, including coarsely crushed cherry pits.
Close the jar and keep it in a cool place for three months.
Now strain the liquor.
Before you consume it, let it stand even a week in a cool place.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 1000 g of cherries, black cherries, blackberries and raspberries
- 320 g of sugar
- 5 g of cinnamon
- 1/2 cedar (grated)
- 4 pink leaves
- 1 tablespoon of grated nutmeg
- 1 clove
