Instructions
Let macerate the petals for five days in 200 g of alcohol, taking care to stir the whole thing twice a day.
Strain and add sugar dissolved in water and flame others 50 g of alcohol.
Let stand one day and bottled.
You will get a fragrant liquor that you serve after leaving it sit for at least two months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 300 g of sugar
- 50 g of fresh orange petals
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 400 g of water
