Ratafia of coffee
Instructions
Pounded grossly coffee beans, put them in a jar with alcohol and let macerate for 5 days.
Bring to a boil sugar, water and let boil for 1 minute and pour the hot syrup into the infusion.
Stir well, close and let marinate for a week.
Filtered and bottled with a cork and sealing wax.
Wait for approximately 1 month prior to sampling.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 40 degrees
- 150 g of coffee beans
- 375 g of sugar
- 220 g of water
