Ratafia of rosa
Instructions
Put rose petals of different colors but also scented, infused in hot water and let it sit for a couple of days.
Strain and add alcohol, sugar, cinnamon, coriander.
Wait 12 days and filtered again, until the ratafia will become clear.
You will get a sweet odour liqueur that will agree to serve in a glass bottle.
It is an excellent tonic.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 350 g of water
- 250 g of sugar
- 150 g of fresh rose petals
- 1 g of cinnamon bark
- 1 G = = Cilantro
